Aeris — Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Aeris app, made by Horus Studios. By using Aeris you agree to them.
1. Aeris is not medical care
Aeris is a wellness app, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. Nothing in the app is medical advice.
Breathing practices affect your body. Some of them — particularly those involving breath retention, rapid breathing or forceful exhalation — are not appropriate for everyone.
Do not use Aeris while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or in or near water. Some practices can cause light-headedness or fainting.
Talk to a doctor before using Aeris if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, high or low blood pressure, a respiratory condition such as asthma or COPD, epilepsy or a seizure disorder, glaucoma or elevated intraocular pressure, a recent surgery or injury, or any other condition that might be affected by changes in breathing.
Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel chest pain, severe dizziness, faintness, numbness, or anything else that alarms you.
Aeris asks you a short health screening during onboarding and uses your answers to hide or flag practices that may not suit you. That screening is a convenience, not a medical assessment, and it cannot know everything about your health. The responsibility for deciding whether a practice is safe for you remains yours.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, Aeris is not the right tool. Contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Aeris on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
The app, its content, its audio, its text and its design remain the property of Horus Studios and its licensors.
3. Subscriptions
Aeris Premium is an auto-renewing subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- If your subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A limited part of Aeris stays available without a subscription.
4. Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features, practices, sounds or content. We may also stop offering the app. If we discontinue Aeris, we will say so in the app or on this site with as much notice as we reasonably can.
5. Disclaimer and limits
Aeris is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horus Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of Aeris. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: there is no account, and your practice history stays on your device.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Aeris after a change means you accept the updated terms.
