    Terms of Use

    General Terms

    By downloading or using Art Reverie, you agree to these Terms of Use. Art Reverie is provided by Horus Teknoloji ve Dijital Hizmetler A.Ş. ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

    License

    We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to install and use Art Reverie on devices you own or control, strictly for your own non-commercial use.

    Purchases & Collections

    Art Reverie is free to download and includes the Essential Masterpieces collection. Additional themed collections are available as optional one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed and billed by Apple under the App Store terms; we do not receive your payment details.

    Restrictions

    You agree not to, and will not allow anyone using your device to:

    • Copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app or extract its assets.
    • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the app.
    • Use the app in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Interfere with, disable, or attempt to circumvent security or purchase-verification mechanisms.

    Artwork & Music

    Art Reverie features paintings that are, to our knowledge, in the public domain, and classical soundscapes that we have licensed or produced. The curation, arrangement, editorial text, artwork cards and app design remain the property of Horus Studios and its licensors. You may enjoy this content inside the app; you may not extract or republish it.

    Intellectual Property

    All rights, title and interest in Art Reverie — including the software, brand, logos, editorial writing and user interface — belong to us and our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

    No Warranty

    Art Reverie is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it stable and pleasant, but we cannot guarantee that every device, every OS version, or every future update will behave identically. Use of the app is at your own risk.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horus Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or related to, your use of Art Reverie.

    Changes to the App and These Terms

    We may add, remove, or change features and collections at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

    Termination

    You may stop using Art Reverie at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
