    By accessing and placing an order with Mona AI, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms of service set out below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other communication between you and Mona AI.

    Under no circumstances shall the Mona AI team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages — including loss of data or profit — arising from use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if a representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    License

    Mona AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app strictly in accordance with this Agreement. These Terms form a contract between you and Mona AI ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of the Mona AI website and services (the "Mona AI Service").

    Definitions & Key Terms

    • Cookie: a small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser.

    Our Intellectual Property Rights

    We and our licensors retain and exclusively own all rights, title and interest in and to the Service and its content, including all intellectual property rights, whether registered or not.

    User-Generated Content

    The Service may let you upload, store, create, modify, share or publish textual, visual, audio or other content. We do not claim ownership of User-Generated Content.

    Generative AI Features

    When using Generative AI Features you will not upload, generate or distribute content that:

    • Facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children.
    • Contains sexually explicit material.
    • Performs or facilitates dangerous, illegal or malicious activities.
    • Promotes violence or incites hatred.
    • Depicts gratuitous violence.

    Your Suggestions

    Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions you provide regarding the app shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Mona AI.

    Your Consent

    By using our app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to these Terms & Conditions.

    Cookies

    Mona AI uses cookies to identify the areas of our website that you have visited and to enhance the performance and functionality of our app. Most browsers allow cookies to be disabled.

    This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Mona AI. Mona AI may, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
