    By accessing and placing an order with Speka, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms of service set out below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other communication between you and Speka.

    Under no circumstances shall the Speka team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages — including loss of data or profit — arising from use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if a representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    License

    Speka grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app strictly in accordance with this Agreement. These Terms form a contract between you and Speka ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of the Speka website and services (the "Speka Service").

    Definitions & Key Terms

    • Cookie: a small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser.

    User-Generated Content

    The Service may let you upload, store, create, modify, share or publish textual, visual, audio or other content. We do not claim ownership of User-Generated Content.

    Your Suggestions

    Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions you provide regarding the app shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Speka.

    Term & Termination

    This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or Speka. Speka may, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
