Terms of Use

This document is the end-user license agreement for xPic: AI Photo Editor, provided by Horus Studios. Installing or using the app means you accept it.

1. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for everything created through your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

2. Content you upload, and the rules about faces

Upload only media you own or have permission to use. You must have the consent of any person whose face you upload. Do not use xPic to impersonate anyone, to create sexual content involving any real person, to create content involving minors, to defame, harass, deceive or defraud, or to produce anything unlawful where you are. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Your outputs

You own the outputs you create, to the extent the law allows. AI outputs are imperfect and may misrepresent people or facts; review anything before you publish it, and label it as AI-generated where that is expected or required.

4. Tokens

Generations are priced in tokens: one photo is one token, a five-second 720p clip is six, a reusable character is five. Tokens are a limited licence to use the service, not property, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. If a generation fails on the provider's side, its tokens are returned to your balance automatically.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

xPic Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store:

• xPic Premium Monthly — 1 month, USD 9.99, 100 tokens each month
• xPic Premium Yearly — 12 months, USD 99.99, 120 tokens each month

Token packs are one-time purchases that do not renew:

• Starter — 50 tokens, USD 4.99
• Pro — 150 tokens, USD 14.99
• Studio — 300 tokens, USD 29.99

Prices are shown in your local currency at purchase and may vary by storefront. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Unused tokens from a monthly allowance do not expire while your subscription is active.

6. Availability

Generation providers can be delayed, changed or become unavailable, and we may add, alter or retire models. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You can stop using xPic and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
